Why It All Began: TRACOR’s owner, Tracey Abrams, has served clients in the Bay Area since 1996. Her goal at the time was to provide individuals and small businesses with the same customer care and quality of service that is provided to large companies.

As a consultant, she has had the opportunity to serve a wide variety of businesses and individuals over the years. This helped her to gain the insight to help clients to articulate their vision and needs, and to implement efficient and effective technology solutions.

Michael Pino Davis, TRACOR's Senior Tech: Michael Pino Davis is TRACOR’s Senior Certified Computer Technician. His specialties in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, and his high skill level in network systems, allow TRACOR to meet the networking demands of the ever-changing business and economic environment. Mike has been with TRACOR for more than 10 years. Michael enjoys playing computer games, and spending time with his family.

Kent Bunn, Computer Technician: Kent has been a part of TRACOR for over 7 years. He has worked for major companies in the bay area. His specialty is in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, and he has a real knack at removing spy ware and viruses.

B. Mullikan, QuickBooks technician: Losing your accounting data can be devastating setback. Years of company accounting data can be lost or damaged, leaving your company in a very serious and critical situation. Mr. Mullikan can provide fast, affordable QuickBooks service –Mr. Mullikan has been with TRACOR for over 7 years. During his off time he enjoys golf, paint ball and spending time with his family. Cornell Russell Abrams, Service Technician: Cornell has been with TRACOR for over 12 years on a part time basis. The most important thing to Cornell is his wife Latrice and kids. He has three children (two boys and one boy).

Tracy Lynn Lofton: Tracy Lynn is our customer service expert! She answers the high volume of calls, schedules appointments, and matches clients with the appropriate technician. Tracy also handles the office traffic, checks in computers and manages TRACOR marketing Department. Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, husband Ron and their two year old son Jordan, reading, gourmet cooking and traveling.

Jeannie Cobb, Domestic Marketing Manager/Director: Jeannie comes to TRACOR with 18 years in high tech global sales development and database marketing from companies such as Sun Microsystems and Cadence Design Systems. She developed sales and marketing campaigns and customer-focused sales tools, including online newsletters, webinars, and corporate sales blasts and publicity programs. Most recently, Jeannie worked has worked with local school districts developing educational tools and programs, and teaching ESL to incoming immigrants. Jeannie has degrees in English and Anthropology (Stanford University) and is currently working on her Master's degree in Ethnic Studies (California State). At TRACOR, Jeannie develops national customer marketing campaigns and sales focused tools (newsletters, publicity tools, seminars, etc.)

Josh Abrams: original from Chicago, Illinois. He is an artist, graphics designer. Josh is new to TRACOR. When not working Josh enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible. Joshua comes to TRACOR with over 7 years experience in television production and over 25 years experience with art. He was a production assistant for the Mississippi State University Television Center where he learned about editing, camera work, and directing. Josh has a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art. Additionally Josh has created a biweekly comic strip for the MSU newspaper, The Reflector. He produced his own television series which was aired weekly on the local broadcast channel in Jackson, MS and currently in Fremont, CA. Josh created all of the characters, backgrounds, and props for the program. He performed most of the voice acting, directed most of the episodes, and edited every scene

Carlos Gibbs: Carlos is a part time employee with TRACOR Netware Systems. He is the office assistant as well as helping during the busy times. Carlos is very active in community service and is a member of his church choir.
